We hand pick each plant and communicate with our clients in detail in addition to providing plant and tree growth information provided as well.

Pricing is determined by the scope of work, the level of skill and labor required, and the cost of materials, ensuring each quote reflects the true value and craftsmanship needed to deliver a high-quality result. We however, will first ask of any budgets or budget restrictions to work within your financial means.

At OAK&CROWN disposal is handled on a job-by-job basis to suit the scope of work. Some projects include bagging and managing organic material on-site, while others require municipal disposal. When applicable, disposal is included as part of our service and clearly outlined so there are no surprises.

Yes, we work weekends.

At OAK&CROWN we accept all forms of payment. Payment is due upon completion of the job. A detailed receipt will be provided once payment has been received and the work is finished. Moreover, deposits are only required for larger projects that involve ordering materials such as plants, trees, mulch, or other specialty items. This ensures materials can be secured in advance, while keeping the process simple and flexible for smaller jobs.

At OAK&CROWN we provide clients with clear initial guidance for plant and tree care following installation to help ensure a strong start. Ongoing care and maintenance after this initial period is the responsibility of the client. Due to the nature and cost of living materials, and because plants and trees are sourced at cost from local nurseries, we do not offer a warranty on plant or tree life.

At OAK&CROWN our planting and landscape season begins in late March/early April. Spring and fall are the prime times for planting, offering the best conditions for healthy growth, however, we plant in the summer as well. Tree pruning and tree removal, however, are performed year-round, allowing us to safely maintain and manage trees in every season.

At OAK&CROWN, we can often provide estimates using photos for smaller or straightforward projects. For larger or more complex jobs, we prefer to visit the field site in advance to fully assess the space and ensure the proper steps are planned and executed for the best possible outcome.
